Pictou County, NS – The Pictou County Home Show opens today for the weekend at the Pictou County Wellness Centre. The area’s favourite home improvement event runs today through Sunday and will appeal to longtime homeowners, new home buyers, and even camping enthusiasts looking for a home away from home.
The Pictou County Home Show, now in its third edition, attracts thousands of visitors and showcases products and services related to new home construction, renovations, remodels and home improvement projects. It will be co-located with the Indoor Spring Sale by Stones RV!
“Spring is officially upon us, and folks are getting ready to plan their home projects for the season,” says Denise Miller, Senior Show Manager. “This event is unique to the area and growing in popularity each year. Everything is here to get started, and you can even shop for your home away from home with Stones RV!”
This year, residents will have an opportunity to get advice, inspiration, innovation and deals as they connect with hundreds of home improvement experts under one roof. Best of all, visitors can attend both events for one low admission price: Adult admission is $5.00, Senior admission is $3.00 and those under 18 are free get in for free.
At the show, kids can meet Elsa and Batman Saturday from 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm and Sunday from 12 noon – 2:30 pm. Plus, they can get their very own free glitter tattoos!
