Moncton, NB – MEET, the Mechanical Electrical Electronic Technology Show, will be returning to the Moncton Coliseum this May 6 and 7. The event draws people from throughout Canada and the United States, showcasing thousands of cutting-edge building technology products. MEET is the second-largest industry event of its type in Canada, and the largest trade event east of Montreal.

“Things are quickly coming together for the show, with just a few months left,” said Show Manager Shawn Murphy. “As far as trade events go, the MEET Show is one of the largest and most complete shows on this side of the country. With upwards of 400 exhibitors spanning a very wide variety of building technology sectors, it’s a one-of-a-kind event not to be missed. Many attendees say this is one of their preferred industry events on the continent.”

MEET allows a wide cross-section of industries to converge in one location, including contractors, developers, engineers, architects, tradespeople, building managers, distributors, utilities and virtually anybody involved in the industrial, commercial and residential sectors.

Visitor pre-registration is now open for the event. Pre-registration is just $10.00 per person (registration will be $20.00 at the door) and is good for both show days.

Visitors can look forward to a full schedule of educational seminars planned for the show. Topics being covered include sustainability, emergency lighting, thermal comfort tools, and more. The schedule is available now online on the show’s website.

MEET is pleased to present the ‘MEET Innovation Awards’ at the show. The purpose of these awards is to recognize innovative products in the industry.  One award will be presented on behalf of each of the four sponsoring associations; Nominations are now open until February 28, 2020.

MEET is produced by Master Promotions Ltd. and proudly presented by IES (Illuminating Engineering Society) – Maritime Sections, the Canadian Institute of Plumbing & Heating, Electro-Federation Canada and ACME (Atlantic Canada Mechanical Exhibitors).
