Halifax, NS – The 2023 edition of the Halifax RV Show & Sale wrapped up on Sunday, January 22 after four days of RV-filled fun at the Halifax Exhibition Centre.

The largest event of its kind in Atlantic Canada gathers families, couples, and friends alike who all share a love for camping. In addition to hundreds of RVs on display, the show brought together services, retail, and information on local campgrounds and tourism destinations. Despite a storm on Friday, over 5000 visitors came out over the weekend to explore the market for new units, with 83 total sales taking place on the show floor.

“It was really refreshing to see the entire camping community come out for this show after a 3-year pause” says Scott Sprague, Show Manager. “I’d like to thank everyone who came out and supported the return of the show.”

Leading dealers from across the Maritimes filled the Halifax Exhibition Centre:

Each year at the show, those who purchase an RV are entered to win $10,000 cash. Congratulations to the 2023 winner of the Ten Grand In Your Hand Contest, Donna DeWolfe, who purchased a 2023 Keystone Hideout from Stones RV.

Also, a huge congratulations to the winner of the Ultimate Camping Package courtesy of Stones RV & Wayfarer Insurance Group, Michelle Creelman. Items included in the package were a Yeti Cooler, Pit Boss Smoker, Camping Chairs, and a variety of other camping accessories.

Some additional visitor activities in this year’s show included a schedule of helpful presentations hosted by local RV tech experts. Visitors learned about maintenance tips, first-time RV purchasing, cooking for campers, and towing.
