Mississauga, ON – The Ontario Women’s Angler’s Association will be hosting a “Intro to Fishing for Women” workshop at this year’s Toronto Sportsmen’s Show. This hands-on feature will provide all of the supplies necessary for a day full of fishing fun and learning. The workshop will take place Saturday, March 16th from 9am – 2pm at the International Centre.
Registration for the workshop is now open and can be purchased online. (Cost to attend is $45). Entrance to the Toronto Sportsmen’s Show is included in the cost of the workshop’s registration. A membership to Ontario Women’s Angler’s is not required to attend.
“This is a perfect opportunity for our female audience to come out and learn some new things” said Show Manager, Mike Blakoe. “They’ve got so many exciting topics lined up for the day. It’s the perfect way to make new friends and take up a new hobby.”
The Toronto Sportsmen’s Show presented by SAIL will return to Mississauga’s International Centre, March 14-17. Tickets are available now and can be purchased online or at the door during show hours. Regular adult admission is $20.00, Juniors are $13.00, Seniors are $15.00, and children under 12 are free of charge.
