Abbotsford, BC – Those interested in fishing, boating and hunting, along with enthusiasts of other outdoor activities, will descend on TRADEX this coming weekend, March 3-5, 2017 for the long-running and well-loved BC Boat & Sportsmen’s Show and the BC Hunting Show.
Each year well over 30,000 visitors attend this massive event – to shop, attend seminars, and take in all the family-friendly features, including a kids’ fishing pond, film screening, and much more. Tickets are available for purchase in advance of the show by visiting the show website: BCSportsmenShow.ca. By buying online, visitors can avoid waiting in line to buy a ticket and fast-track their entrance to the show floor! Prices are as follows:
- Adult Pass – $14
- Senior Pass (65+) – $12
- Junior Pass (6-16) – $12 (children under the age of 6 are free when accompanied by an adult)
- Family Pass (2 Adults + 2 Juniors) – $33
- Full Event Pass – $25
This year, the shows will once again feature more than 40 free seminars on the Pro Fishing & Pro Hunting Stages – in addition to fly tying and fly casting demos – all taking place throughout the three days of the show. The complete schedule is available on the show website.
Visitors to the show will be able to enter to win many exciting door prizes, including a 2017 Outlander 450 ATV courtesy of can-am BRP and Greater Vancouver Powersports; a MICRO 335 Realtree Xtra Camo crossbow, courtesy of Excalibur Crossbow; and a fishing weekend experience courtesy of Stoney Lake Lodge and Douglas Lake Ranch.
