Motorcycle and Powersport Atlantic Returns in 2019 with Newly Extended Hours

December 6, 2018

Halifax, NSMotorcycle and Powersport Atlantic is planning its return to Halifax in 2019, with dates set for March 1-3 at the Halifax Exhibition Centre. Newly extended hours on Saturday evening point to the jam-packed schedule of events in store for visitors, including live music, a tattoo competition, youth riding lessons, and more. New initiatives for 2019 include a beard competition and even competitive arm wrestling.

“It’s less than three months to the show, and we’re definitely feeling the anticipation from exhibitors and attendees,” says Scott Sprague, Event Manager. “A considerable number of exhibitors are back for another year and space is in high demand. In 2019, we’re pleased to extend hours on Saturday to 9:00 p.m. to reflect increased attendance and positive response to evening features.”

As the only event of its kind in the Maritimes, Motorcycle and Powersport Atlantic will showcase hundreds of models filling the Halifax Exhibition Centre – including top brands of the latest in motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and more. The region’s leading dealers will be on site with models for every type of rider.

The 2018 edition was the busiest on record, with nearly 10,000 attendees over the course of three days.

Tickets will be available at the show and online at Adult Passes are $13, Junior Passes (aged 10-17) are $9 (Children under the age of 10 are free when accompanied by an adult), and Full Event Passes are $25.
