Lethbridge, AB – Lethbridge will get its first taste of summer as the brand-new Southern Alberta Outdoors Show will make its debut at the Agri-Food Hub and Trade Centre this week. For the first time ever, this event will welcome the region’s most passionate outdoor adventurists for a weekend of hunting, fishing, boating, powersports, camping and hiking fun. The show takes place April 5th through 7th.
“We can’t wait to unveil this show to the community” said Pamela Ziwani, Show Manager. “Our exhibitors are busy moving in their booths and the event is finally starting to all come together. It’s going to be a great weekend.”
The show will have many family-friendly features to explore over the course of the weekend including the WILDTV Outdoor Stage where local professionals will share their tips and tricks on a variety of subjects. Full schedule below:
The show will also have a fly-casting pond, presented by Out Fly Fishing and hosted by Josh Nugent, where visitors can learn new skills and test their aim. A fly-casting pond schedule can be found on the show’s website.
Visitors are also encouraged to scan the QR Code at the door for the chance to win one of two door prizes: A houseboating trip for 15 people valued at $3728 courtesy of Twin Anchors Houseboats or a Napier Truck/SUV tent valued at $400!
Tickets are available online now on the official show website. Online and at the door, admission is $10.00 for adults, $8 juniors, $8 for seniors, $30 for a family pass and children 12 and under get in free!
